This game is more than just a high-score challenge; it is a visual representation of the scientific miracle known as U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable).
In the game, you control my character as I navigate the challenges of daily life. To survive, you must catch the ART (Antiretroviral Therapy) medicine falling from the sky. As you do, a vibrant Rainbow Shield forms around me. This shield represents the reality of a suppressed viral load: when we take our medication and stay undetectable, we protect our health and ensure we cannot transmit the virus to others.
The word Trek implies a long, challenging journey through difficult terrain. This game is a 10-minute “marathon” that mirrors my 15-year reality.
Stage 1: The Clinical Beginnings. Navigating the early days of diagnosis and the healthcare system.
Stage 2: The Streets of Multan. Facing the daily hurdles of stigma, spiritual healers, and the weight of tradition.
Stage 3: The Global Stage. Emerging into a “Discrimination-Free Society” where science and human rights lead the way.
