The word Trek means a long, challenging journey. This interactive experience visualizes my 15-year path as an HIV-positive person in Pakistan, navigating through the shadows of the hospital, the stigma of the city, and finally emerging onto the global stage.

Ali’s Treatment Trek” is an interactive Artivism project by Ali Raza Khan. This side-scrolling experience documents the real-life journey of an HIV-positive activist in Pakistan. From the gates of Civil Hospital Multan to the historic Haram Gate, and finally to global HIV Conferences, the game visualizes the struggle against spiritual healers, state authority (Punjab Police), and the stigma of “Sin” (گناہ).

Objective: Maintain your journey by jumping over ‘Stigma Walls’ and authorities. Collect ART medication to survive, Community Hearts for protection, and the U=U Knowledge Scrolls to prove that Science is stronger than Stigma.“
